I have toured MANY home facility options in Fresno and this company was wonderful, with many great residential options. The home itself is beautiful, modern and cozy. The caregivers at 2 different homes we used within their company were excellent. In particular the home on Serena was a wonderful place. Never one time was my loved one not well kept and peaceful. I moved my family member in and he lasted 13 days before he died. It cost me $[fee removed] to move in. I paid for 3 days of one month ($[fee removed]) and 10 days of the next month ($[fee removed]). That was a total of $[fee removed] for 13 days. My understanding was I would receive the initial $[fee removed] back if the patient left or died in the first 90 days. I was refunded $[fee removed].
