CriticalThe apartment size and cleanliness are great, activities seem good. Staff is nice, but they don't appear to communicate with one another or with families. I got a call today that my dad is out of wipes. No one called to tell me his supply was getting low, as they are supposed to do. Also, one Sunday afternoon, the staff did not know how to changes O2. My sister had to help them. And he was still in his underwear at 1:00 in the afternoon, after lunch. And at lunch, everyone else received dessert except him. He even …

PositiveApartments are a decent size, staff is friendly, food is about what you'd expect. The main thing is there doesn't seem to be much in the way of maintenance. I have put several requests to fix loose siding on the building and also to do something about birds getting in the attic, with feathers accumulating in vents.

PositiveGood interior accommodations. Friendly staff.. Pleasant exterior setting and good area to walk in. Potentially a good place for an older man to live in. Looking forward to possibly moving in this fall. Could then reside near my son and his wife.

PositiveI toured a two bedroom apartment. It was smaller than I wanted but it was nice. I did not tour the dining room or any other rooms. I would want to see those before I made a decision.

PositiveWe loved the apartment size and amenities. [name removed] did a great job with the tour. We decided to go to a different facility where I could attend more events and activities without going outside. At Addington Place that was not available and is pretty crucial in Michigan winters. Even with the Move-In discount it was more expensive. And the upcharge for a second person caught us by surprise when we were obviously a couple.
