★★★★★
PositiveGreat facilities with an incredibly warm and helpful staff. My mom had just lost her husband of 70 years and moving into Aegis of Kirkland has helped her adapt to her new situation, create new friends and take up new activities.
★★★★★
PositiveWell run facility, clean, and the staff and caregivers are wonderful. There have been a couple of times that my mom had a medical emergency, and they handled it promptly and professionally. We were considering 2 facilities, and I toured them each a couple of times, once with my mom and the second time I just dropped in. PositiveOur family had an in person tour with Aegis of Kirkland and it was a really great tour experience but they had too high of an entry level for us.
★★★★★
PositiveI can confidently rate Aegis of Kirkland a 5 out of 5. My brother and I found Aegis to be very clean in all the common areas as well as private areas. The food is excellent, and the staff is compassionate. They have several activities going on throughout the day. There is something that should appeal to anyone tastes. [name removed], the marketing manager, was so helpful during the transition process.
★★★★★
PositiveWe had a great tour with Aegis or Kirkland, the gal who showed us around was very nice and we got a good feel for the facility. We felt that it was too big for what we were looking for and it is expensive.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Aegis of Kirkland because it was what my dad wanted. The rooms at the facility were small, private rooms. I think the food could use improvement, they could have more variety and what they advertised was not accurate. We were here during covid, but I would tell others to make sure to tour and try the food before moving your loved one in here.
