Great facilities with an incredibly warm and helpful staff. My mom had just lost her husband of 70 years and moving into Aegis of Kirkland has helped her adapt to her new situation, create new friends and take up new activities.

Well run facility, clean, and the staff and caregivers are wonderful. There have been a couple of times that my mom had a medical emergency, and they handled it promptly and professionally. We were considering 2 facilities, and I toured them each a couple of times, once with my mom and the second time I just dropped in. The deciding factor for me was when I showed up at the other place, there were residence asleep in the dining room, the staff was in some type of meeting, and it just felt disorganized. Whereas when…

I can confidently rate Aegis of Kirkland a 5 out of 5. My brother and I found Aegis to be very clean in all the common areas as well as private areas. The food is excellent, and the staff is compassionate. They have several activities going on throughout the day. There is something that should appeal to anyone tastes. We chose Aegis of Kirkland because it was what my dad wanted. The rooms at the facility were small, private rooms. I think the food could use improvement, they could have more variety and what they advertised was not accurate. We were here during covid, but I would tell others to make sure to tour and try the food before moving your loved one in here.
