PositiveI'm so happy with the care my mom receives. The care team is exceptional. She receives the assistance she needs, is actively engaged, loves the food, and has made friends. This transition has given us tremendous peace of mind knowing that she's safe and well cared for. Plus, the building is absolutely gorgeous and the lake and city view spectacular!
★★★★★
PositiveFood is good in the main dining room. Staff is nice and seems well trained and very kind. Activities are OK in Life's Neighborhood- much better in Assisted Living. It is very clean and well maintained. A beautiful building.

Every day there are strange clothes in my loved one's closet and I have no idea where many of his clothes are. Once, I saw a resident wearing my vest (not my loved one's) from my work. The laundry is a small …

PositiveWhen it comes to the activities the music is awesome, however our loved one is not currently participating in many of the other activities for personal reasons. I wish she would because they look great. We would definitely recommend Aegis of Lake Union to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.
