CriticalThe care services gets a 5 daily but weekends-3. The meals and dining gets a 4 but 3 pm weekends as dietary needs not always met. The staff is friendly and kind. They really need to ensure access to foods(in the lobby for instance and weekend staff) aren't easily accessible. We've come to visit and our family member looks very disheveled yet we pay for help. The billings are really confusing and can feel bait and switch. They have you pay an amount a month in advance then add charges without a print out or list of …

PositiveThe community is very clean, and according to our loved one the best thing about this place are its staff members. They are very warm, friendly and helpful. Our loved one does say the meals are a little small, but overall good. The value for cost is great, we feel that we get the most for our money here. Another huge reason we chose Aegis, was because they had aging in place. It was comforting for us to know our loved one never needed to leave in their health worsened.

They were accommodating during the Covid challenges. My friend got very antsy being there, and they allowed me to take him out for rides and keep him occupied.
