★★★★★
PositiveThe only negative might be the size but for my brother this was a plus. The location is perfect for my brother, right on the walking path he has walked for 25 years. The feeling of a home and family is what stood out. My brother spoke about it just feeling like a home after our visit. Also, the sense of dignity they offer their residents. They have a bus stop they can use for waiting if residents think they need to go to work.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are very friendly and do their best to engage the resident, although not always successful due to nature of their diseases. They are taking really good care of her diabetes.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall it's been a good experience. My parents aren't big joiners so they don't do a lot of the activities. The food is moderate as reported by mom. Dad likes it. They accommodate his Celiacs. They are pretty good with the catheter bag changes morning and evening unless it's a new person that needs a little education
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is almost 97 and requires increasing assistance and care. I hear when she needs something (e.g., recliner, hospital bed) and am confident that she is receiving good care. I especially like that a Nurse Practitioner comes to the facility instead of having to take her to appointments.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall Aegis of Redmond is a nice facility. It is pretty expensive. They seem to lose a lot of personal clothing items. The visitor parking is limited.
