Very clean facility, and loving & caring staff

Moving my mother in a memory care was one of the hardest things we as a family had to do, but with the help of the Aiken Memory Care staff, made the process much easier. The staff is very loving and caring to all the residents, as their needs are all different and change from day to day. My mother can be the sweetest & loving person that she is, but the very next day, can throw a fit, the staff knows just how to interact and give her the care she needs. Our family's experience

First of all the facility is very clean and the staff is sensitive to the special needs of my wife. (She has a close up vision problem that requires someone to help feed her meals, etc.). Food is good and activities are available to interact with other residents as she feels that she can. Staff is very friendly and helpful to make suggestions to improve the overall resident experience if appropriate. Very pleased.

The hands on staff is great, with the occasional exception. There is a demographic mix of staff making it a great choice for everyone!

Aiken Memory Care

Positive points: facility is less than 5 years old and well maintained, the care staff is great, clean and fresh, bright and inviting, I have no concerns about the care my father receives. Negative points: need larger and better outdoor space, management is difficult to in touch with and hard to get answers from. If you can get past the management issues, I would recommend this for anyone.

BBQ Dinner Event, 5/19/23

As family members of our loved one at Aiken Memory Care we wish to commend the entire staff for the excellent BBQ dinner and Entertainment that was presented to us yesterday evening. The food, hospitality and attentive care for all the residents was above par. Special thanks to those staff members who have their boots on the ground there daily and who make such a difference in so many ways.

Aiken Memory Care Experience

My loved one requested to move to Westminster now called aiken Memory Care. He was very happy at first. The staff was great and sent me pictures of him joining in on activities etc. Then management changed. Majority of staff he and I were accustomed to left in droves. When the last one left, she came to say goodbye to us, and when i asked what was going on, u could tell she was very concerned but never voiced anything.
