Alba Court Residences & Adult Day Care Center is a 109-bed state of the art new construction located in the heart of New Smyrna historic district. We offer a variety of floorplans, including both studio and one-bedroom units as well as Memory Care. We are committed to loving customer service and compassionate resident centered care. Amenities include a beauty salon, library, large activity area, outdoor courtyard, home health therapy center, a movie room, a cafe and more! An adult day care center is located adjacent to the main building. Both market rate, as well as affordable units, are available.

My mother passed away 10/9/2025 in hospice at Alba Court in NSB, Florida. Someone stole my mother's gold wedding band off her finger and stole her new perfume. The attendants where bedroom slippers and huddle 3 at a time yet complain how they are over worked for a wage of [price removed] an hour. My mother endured a lot of waiting while she was alive there. Often she had to wait over an hour to have staff wheel her to breakfast, lunch, dinner and again endure waiting an hour or more to go back to her room. My mothe…
