Review for All Seasons Naples

Beautiful facility, friendly staff and residents. Unfortunately they have been out of hot water since last Friday which is horrible! They provided Portable Showers but most of the residents have walkers and have trouble walking up the dangerous steps.

The facility is very welcoming offering services that should please new residents including a constantly changing quality menu, activities including physical activities in the gymnasium, pleasing musical offerings, open houses several times every week, attention to vitamin and RX requirements, a beauty salon, and other activities and offerings.

Worst place to live.

They could improve on everything. 90% of time no administrator was available, issues were not resolved. Lock on apartment door was broken. They knew this and didn't tell us. The washing machine was FULL OF BLACK MOLD. When I asked to replace it they sent up a couple of girls to clean it. It was beyond cleanable. Same with dryer. Staff would see us struggling to open doors and ignored us. Several times a day people (employees?) would just walk into our apartment without warning. Even came into our bedroom when we h…

Mom's stay for the last 7+ years

Mom was one of the first residents at All Seasons when it was built and she much enjoyed her time up to her passing this month [date removed] and even with her remaining days in bed in her apartment was the joy of All Seasons staff visiting her, with us and hospice at her side. The staff in facilities as this are what make the difference and All Seasons has done exceptionally well in all areas. RUN - do not place a loved one here

Zero in all categories. The experience was the worst of my life. We felt threatened, unsafe and ignored. Understaffed. Virtually no administrative personnel at site. Lock on apartment door didn't work. Housekeeping and other staff just walked in at any time. Even walked into our bedroom without notice (had sign on bedroom door saying keep out, we are sleeping).
