Overall I would give them a 4. I have noticed at times they have staffing issues but it doesn't seem to effect the care very much. My dad is very independent and only needs minimal assistance. May be different for those requiring more help. The individual rooms are nice but small with a small kitchenette area with microwave and small refrigerator, small sink, and cabinets for limited storage. Large closet. #1 Our overall experience has been great I would definitely give them a 5. #2 Considering the type of facility they do a great job keeping the facility clean and sanitary. My dad is very independent so he doesn't need a lot of assistance. I would give them a 4. #3. The staff are very friendly and attentive to my dad. Great place to be

We love the place, the food is biggest drawback, not much variety, too much salt used, some meals not very appetizing. Quality of care is good, just a lot of turnover which causes confusion sometimes, especially with medicine, bath routines and such.

Amber Oaks Assisted Living is a really good place. We have no issues with the staff. It's a location with not a lot of traffic. My family member really enjoys it there. They provide quality service that gives me peace of mind.

Definitely recommended

My loved one is currently a resident at Amber Oaks Assisted Living. I would give this facility a rating of 20, if I could. I'm so happy to have them! All of the staff have gone above and beyond for my loved one. The food is wonderful. I have never been to a facility that smells clean at all times! They do a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!
