★★★★★
PositiveI love the brightness of the building. Plenty of windows and light. The people are friendly.

PositiveI was looking mainly for location. The Amberlin Georgetown facility is very convenient to everything I need and want. I was also looking for a place that was light and felt like home. I wanted a place that I could picture my furniture in. Some of the places we saw had dark paneling and colors not enough windows. This has been a perfect fit for me.

During move in, I discovered holes in a wall, nails protruding from walls, cracks in both the front and balcony door frames, a missing kitchen backsplash tile and a loud rattling noise in the HVAC unit. Work orders for the backsplash tile and HVAC unit were submitted in late October. On-site management has not been re…
