PositiveI have a family member living here and the care is impeccable. The meals are delicious which is not often the case for a care facility. The staff really makes the residents feel like family and they truly care about everyone living there.

Positive1-7 definitely all fives! Value for cost it's a struggle for her to keep up with that cost, but I believe that they are very comfortable if not less than most of the other assisted-living in my area, Comfortable =comprable. Our family member has faced many challenges in the last 2 to 3 months. The staff they have been incredibly supportive and helpful. They are there attending to what she needs. I have never overheard them complaining cause she's being needy at times. That's really important. She loves all of the s…

PositiveMy sister's room was always kept nice... sometimes the outdoor entryway was in need of cleaning. No knock on the staff, but, I it must be said this isn't a nursing home... She hires good people, prepares them for expectations and then gets out …

PositiveI get a chance to work in a lot of homes with an assortment of staff. The staff at Charlevoix is awesome! They communicate very well, and if I am not able to make it, they make sure the patients still get the care they would have, along with a follow up to me and my nurse. I don't feel the friendliness is forced, or fake. It makes me want to go to work there.
