PositiveThis was a beautiful place. The staff were all wonderful. I would feel very comfortable placing my Mom here. I loved all the different activities they do. I was very happy with the tour and they were great about explaining how everything works. All our questions were gladly answered.

I personally didn't get a chance to visit the American House in Spring Lake, but two of my brothers did, and they were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the food that was served. They also really liked the apartment layout. Very well laid out and everything easily accessible.

The staff at timberbrook are good with visitors. The activities director is also good. Attention to the actual residents is poor. They are not effective at maintaining hygiene. Also they should not permit access to the phone during the night hours.

The worst rip-off place I have ever known. 6 days $[removed]. Had to pay for 2 months even though threw Mom out because they could not care for her. 4 different people, however director knew nothing and has no knowledge of what we r talking about
