This place is dated and just drab; I do not enjoy visiting my family when coming here. The food and events could be improved, and my family speaks openly about their discontent. I would say this place has a lot to do to be in good standing for me and my family.

My loved one has been at this facility for a few months now. There are vocal disappointments from them and other residents that I am hear on every visit. I thought for the price being charged, these comments would not be as frequent as they are. I wish this was not the case, and that the price was not as high as we are paying.

PositiveI had an appointment to meet [Name Removed] but upon arrival she was not available. Instead [name Removed] head of housekeeping met with us. He was very professional and gave us a wonderful tour. Understandably, there were some questions he could not answer.

PositiveWhen we walked in it was bright well appointed and just felt comfortable. The staff was setting up for a special event dinner that night expecting to feed 200 people. We were impressed with the color selections from carpet to wall colors, others that we have visited seemed depressing. Only negative was workout machines were very scarce the rep told us they weren't being used which makes sense. Food menus looked very adequate.
