About Amorance Amorance is a gated and secure community of apartment homes and townhomes in a mid-rise building in downtown Alpharetta, Georgia. Luxury rental homes have an array of floor plan options in one and two-bedroom models, and the design finishes vary from home to home. Features in all homes include washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, oversized kitchen sinks, and double vanities in the primary bathroom. Residents can expect quartz counters and tile backsplashes as well as engineered hardwood flooring. Some apartment homes have oversized balconies or patios, custom closets, and in-wall ovens and microwaves. Four one-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plans are available. The Opal offers 675 square feet with an open layout and an oversized bathroom. The Ruby has 708 square feet and a kitchen island with space for seating. A large balcony is available with The Amethyst, and the floor plan is 1,707 square feet. There’s also a breakfast bar and a dedicated dining area in this floor plan. The Topaz has 1,749 square feet, an expansive balcony, and an open floor plan with a large living room and dining area. Two townhome models are available at Amorance. The Platinum has 1,481 square feet, two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. On two stories, the living area and half-bath are downstairs while the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. The Palladium has 2,323 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
