It's actually my sister in law that is there with Alzheimer's she has a nice size apartment, they clean it for her, she loves the food. They offer activities but she doesn't participate. They are patient with her and kind to her as she can be very difficult.

OK the room apartment size was good. The individual care I thought was terrible every time my father fell down, whether he hurt himself or not, They shipped him out to a hospital where he had to stay for several days and left my mother very distraught. They brought food into my mother's room, left it on the bureau when she wasn't there and never checked up on her to see if she was eating her food. We took her out of the facility and they just left the food there not even knowing where my mother was. I don't find an…

PositiveExcellent choice for us, Mom is very happy here
My mom has only been there for a month, so I'd say a 5 across the board so far. Going through management or ownership change has been challenging for the residents, but not in a way that compromised care, as far as I can tell. The location, and size were big deciding factors. The faculty was responsive, and not only helpful, but empathetic. The residents always seemed pretty happy and willing to chat about their experiences.
