My husband has been at Angel Arms for about 3 years. The food has been nutritious as well as delicious. The caregivers have been excellent. I chose Angel Arms over other care home because, when I first walked into Angel Arms I could feel the love and it reminded me of our home. I asked each of our sons to see the home before I made a final decision They also said they could feel the love & caring of the staff.

I moved my elderly mother to Angel Arms AFH two years ago when she needed more care than she was getting at her assisted living. It truly is a lovely home and the caregivers are fantastic! Instead of having a variety of caregivers throughout the day, she had the same ones who really got to know her and care about her. Our loved one has since passed, but they were incredibly loving and caring. We moved Mom from a large assisted living facility in Seattle to Angels' Arms so that she could get more personalized care. She had already been referred to hospice and "graduated" the year before. She had little enthusiasm for eating or participating in activities at the larger facility. My grandpa loves it here, he feels so welcomed and taken care of by the staff and the other clients. They offer fun activities and games for the clients here too. The staff also keeps everything very clean and organized so I never have to worry about my grandpas health or safety.

The main thing is my mom seems happy. I feel like there could be more activity for her but due to her dementia I'm not sure how that could be improved. I feel that maybe music and dancing could be a good thing. She also has been getting UTIs, which I know is common.
