Ansley Court and Cottage of Oviedo

I went to visit this facility for my MIL (currently in rehab) and found it to fill homelike. I took the tour and was shown all the different units, eating area, and common areas. It's someplace I would like to live at. [name removed] was very accommodating and allowed my husband to come later and look at the rooms.

Very Nice location. Friendly staff. Love the seats at the bathroom. Great space on the bedroom. Include everything on the room

What we like the most about the community is the Large community room and dining area. Staff is always very helpful and caring. Very clean also and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Great Environment

My mother recently moved in, and overall the experience has been outstanding. The entire staff is very caring and were there to answer questions every step of the journey. I definitely sleep better at night knowing that my mom is in a place that is run well and is staffed with people who truly care about caring for others. Based on my experience. I would highly recommend Ansley to anyone looking to find a place for themselves or for their loved ones.

I would definitely not recommend this place. Keep looking.

They are short staffed and the staff could care less about the residents. I saw several people go from very active to not active at all. There's no activities or exercise for the residents in the building my father was in. He was walking with a walker and they forced him to sit in his chair and not get up. After a couple of weeks he couldn't walk at all. I took him out and he died 2 months after he left there. The care was horrible and the smart [remode]attitude of most of the staff was terrible. They recently put staff in turquoise shirts, so it is easy to ask someone. Housekeeping washes my clothes and sheets once a week. Change my bed weekly. Food is good, not necessarily my choice. I would recommend this facility.
