Anthem Lakes at this time is currently going through a major transition. From the very beginning I felt like I never dealt with the same person from sales to marketing director to CNA's. Can't seem to keep staff as a rotation and burnout constantly brought in new faces. Not a good sign. Some employees really tried to put their best foot forward while others seemed more concerned with their phones and not even interacting with patients or like it was definitely a bother to do so. I would recommend anthem lakes. Overall we have had a good experience. The grounds are nice and residents in the independent or assisted living can go outside and walk around. The food is very good, staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to make sure all services are being provided or with whom to communicate. But this is likely the case everywhere. The external medical providers that come onsite - housecalls, the podiatry, hearing aid specialist are all great to communicate with. Overall it has b…
