The staff is very caring and attentive to the residents. It's like a family atmosphere there. The social director does a great job with the entertainment and varied activities. I have no complains with the food and the rooms are a little snug for two people but are kept very clean.

Arbor Landing is a fantastic facility with knowledgeable staff. They demonstrate remarkable patience and attentiveness towards residents in memory care. The staff gets to know each resident and caters to their unique needs. While I acknowledge that staff turnover among CNAs is a common issue in healthcare, I believe it would be beneficial to have an additional CNA on each shift to improve the staff-to-resident ratio as the stage of the disease varies in each resident.
