disappointing

I cannot recommend this facility. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The rooms and common areas were often not as clean as they should have been, and the overall quality of care has been far below our expectations. We repeatedly raised concerns with management through emails and conversations, yet the same problems continued. Basic care, including hygiene, meal assistance, and timely attention to our loved one, was inconsistent and often inadequate. As a family, it has been heartbreaking to witness. …

For those people able to socialize it's a very supportive environment. No where is perfect but the issues is our loved one too. My mother has dementia and she is getting worse. It's a great place.

I have been visiting my Aunt at this facility for over 2 years and have found [name removed] to be the most friendliness and helpful person. No matter what the situation is, she is always smiling and willing to help. She puts a smile on the residents faces.

It had an uplifting feeling because it was modern and newer. For me all the places I visited had comparable amenities and good people but some of them looked old. They are all expensive too. So might as well look good because my mother was on the fence. Good people running the place/ nice surroundings/ apartments are very nice some look at a lake/ food is ok not great/ my mother is very picky. Looks more like a hotel than a home.

Excellent facility, well worth the cost.

Arbor Terrace Cooper City was the best place my mother lived in by far. The care from the staff and the quality of the facility was superior. Well worth the cost.

The Sheridan, based on my tour, is very clean, residence appear pleasant and happy and staff is very friendly. All accommodations I would need for my mom are available. Seems to be a fantastic place to live and call home for one needing assistance or memory care.
