PositiveThe two new director's are trying hard to improve all services as well as the memory care facility building and grounds. My mother in law is in the memory care building at Arbor and not able to take part in the activities due to macular degeneration and other heath issues. They do have activities almost every day and music a couple times a month, we see others from other 'neighborhoods' involved. Most of the staff are immigrants so there is a bit of a language barrier, but we find them helpful and caring. We are…

CriticalThis facility had pros and cons. It's smaller and more personal. A few less amenities. But honestly at all the facilities that we toured I didn't really see many people doing many activities. We ended up picking this facility because it felt most like home.
