friendly and caring staff

So far my experience with them has been very positive. I know my mom likes her new apartment and the care she has been given. This is my first experience with an assisted living facility, but I would give all of the categories a five. Columbia Ridge has not only met my mom's needs, but has been very accommodating to make sure she is comfortable, safe, well fed and feels a part of the community. I couldn't ask for better care for my mother.

A Great Family Environment

Since finding Columbia Ridge for my father, almost a year ago, we couldn’t be happier with his care, and the feeling of family they provide. He was very hesitant at first, but has settled right in and made many friends. I could name a multitude of people from caregivers, to administration, front desk staff, dining, staff, cleaning staff, etc but it would take me all day to name them all. Excellent Choice

The staff at Columbia Ridge Assisted Living is very friendly and kind and helpful. The food is excellent and the dining area is always clean and inviting. This was an excellent choice for me.??

I'ts been great!

I really like the fact that the staff checks on the residents to make sure they're getting their meals and everything that they need. The place is very clean at all times, they do a good job at maintaining it clean as well. They always make sure that the residents are involved in activities and interacting with each other.

Our first impression was great. As we talked with the Director & toured the facility, we became even more impressed. Every single person we've encountered, be it staff or resident, has been smiling & friendly. All staff personnel seem to take great care in taking care of residents & visitors. We ate lunch a couple times with our mom & the food is great. Mom often says the food is quite good & "they take really good care of me here".
