Great facility and great staff. Very family oriented atmosphere. The facility is very homey and welcoming the moment you walk in the door. I was at the facility during a lunch service. The food was wonderful. I even actually sat down and had a meal it was very delicious. Overall a very lovely place for loved ones to be!

My mother has been at Arcadia Oaks assisted-living for almost 4 years now. This is her home and she’s happy living there. It is a place that sincerely cares for every single person. [name removed]. If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. We have not been told the truth for months. The food is terrible and portions are small. My family member never has their clothes returned from the wash. Now we find out a local woman that drives a taxi service takes the clothes to somewhere in the community to wash them, then returns them to the facility. Many residents contracted COVID and it took from [date removed] to have any agency come in to test residents and staff. Which resulted in over 20 positives for …
