I started with a 5 when Mom was first there and it all went down from there. Knowledgeable staff, Mostly shorthanded and was told they were full staff when they were not. All Memory care and is still classified as "assisted living" protecting the facility from doing the things they boasted they were doing. When they were not doing as promised to get you to sign up. The entire industry is broken... Communication from care team lead was horrible and the caregivers that truly cared were way over worked to the poi…
