Walking in to Ariel Pointe is very bright and cheerful. Very clean, staff/care is very nice and caring. Lots of activities and off site outings. Our apartment is a two bedroom and perfect for us. The food is good, like any facility there are some meals that are better than others.

I left as the building is unhealthy-mold and this is denied by staff and no remediation to correct Housekeeping is Light and not provided 1/4 of the time Staff turnover is constant The invoicing is non transparent and often wrong with erroneous add ons which staff are not able to correct Meals are not 'nutritional' per the exec. Director on inquiry- A balanced meal low carb and low sugar are not offered on daily menu-

Modern decor and grounds are well-kept. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Activities are resident-based and offer a variety of options. Food is tasty and mostly resident-based. There is an extensive welcome packet that allows residents to share their favorite foods, music, color, activity, etc. with the chef and social director.
