Artis Senior Living of Mason

Staff is great. My biggest complaint would be that things go missing. Management acknowledges this, but don't seem to find it concerning.

A great place

Every member of the staff is patient and friendly. They have many activities to do every day. They do a great job keeping me informed of what's going on in the community, in general, and with my mom, specifically.

I pray your experience will be better than ours.

Place looked nice. Room was small but had 2 windows. They claimed to have a lot of options for food, but brought two options out to choose from. When mom needed soft food, they didn't bring it unless I was there specifically asking for something. They had to dine with the people from their hallway, which many were loud and overwhelming, and others didn't talk. The care plan was not followed resulting I believe in another infection. I found a resident on the floor, and had to find a nurse. No cameras allowed which …

I was very pleased with my visit to Artis Senior Living of Mason. The facility was clean, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the entire atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The most interesting aspect for me was that Artis seems to be far more proactive in ensuring that their patients engage in activities and their minds are engaged and stimulated. They didn’t just allow their patients to self isolate and wither away as is currently happening where my wife is staying in Portland, Oregon.

Compassionate caregivers, helpful staff and engaging activities

I am very happy with Artis. I tried filling out your survey twice, but then my reply disappears! I would give them a 5 in every category. We are planning on putting another family member there, too!
