CriticalDon t let the lakefront fool you. The therapists are great...few personnel actually care. Speech therapy is nonexistant. Most are contracted hires that sit in the nurses stations playing on their phones! My mom almost died here! My mom had a uti that we had to take her to the er to get properly diagnosed. We swooped her out and emptied her room. They never answered call lights...kept her phone out of her reach...never answered their phones. [removed]is better...and that s saying alot!!!

PositiveWe are very satisfied with the care that my dad receives at Siena. The staff is friendly and kind. They go above and beyond what is expected to take great care of those in need. I recommend this facility.

No place is perfect, but the employees at Shorelight really work hard every day to keep everyone happy and content in a beautiful setting.

When she had difficulty moving due to the lack of medication, I had a nurse threaten tha…
