★★★★★
CriticalThe people are nice, however, the laundry room is a fire hazard and has previously caught on fire. I have some negatives at this point.
★★★★★
CriticalI like the people of course ....the food could improve though. I would recommend this community to others
★★★★★
PositiveI loved the way this facility was centralized around a main core and the multitude of opportunities to be involved and active. The staff that I met seemed to really care. I appreciated the fact that the director knew everyone’s name and interacted with them as they passed.
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one seems to like living there & everyone is very friendly. Things that could be addressed: tons of activities scheduled that don't actually take place. Food is pretty good but service is disorganized.
★★★★★
Positivecare outside of facility (VA and private care givers). some of the staff are great! charged to pickup food from the kitchen 5 dollars, if I pickup the meal myself, what am I charged, very rare that I eat in the dining room due to medical and caregiver appointments.
★★★★★
CriticalThe food is awful. The service in the kitchen is awful. They charge extra for services for people in wheelchairs and using Rolators. We make our own activities, they don't. The administrator is usually too busy to talk to us. The cleaning people are not friendly. The washing machines and dryers don't work on some floors
