I would give them a 5 in all 8 of the categories. [name removed]was wonderful to sped the process up and we were able to get [name removed] admitted in a couple of days. They have just opened a new area. I think you were the one that helped me and thank you for your help.

The whole process was made easy and quick. Staff really understood the families emotions and were very helpful and caring. The atmosphere was one of a caring family. Meals were served like family, so much better than the previous facility. Staff really understood the needs, limitations, and desires of their patients. We looked at all facilities and would choose Ashley Gardens again.

I would give Ashley Gardens all 5's. My husband needs a lot of care and they really give it their all and anticipate his needs. I also think there are a lot of regulations especially regarding food that can limit what they can serve. Ashley Gardens has been a very good fit for us. Ashley Gardens is not perfect, which my ratings say they are, but they're the perfect fit for us. I admire all those that work in this industry. It's not easy...physically, mentally or emotionally.

We really like the staff however during our loved ones stay of only a few weeks, covid and staffing shortages there were some things happening - when we could call Ashley Gardens it was not the staff that would be answering the phone but it would be the residents themselves. They said this issue would be fixed but we felt it was very unprofessional. Our loved one got covid here, he also broke his hip after a fall and we just felt the medication management was mishandled. We do want to give them the benefit of the d…
