In Castle Rock, Colorado, Assured Assisted Living 4 is a great assisted living residents that enjoy a micro community. Micro community is great for those that don't want large number of residents at a facility. There is a hospital within 10 miles from the facility for those that enjoy the convenience of one being nearby. The homes are apartment style. Our professionally trained staff is available to assist the residents with daily life activities. These would include light housekeeping, preparing 3 meals, laundry, bathing, dressing, medication assistance, and much more. Our staff, here at Assured Assisted Living 4, is available to the residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ensure the best care for all of our residents and ensure they receive the best treatments per each individuals condition. Assisted living is for those that are not quite ready to be in independent living but medical conditions are well enough to not have to be in a nursing home.

Well, the ladies at the house took very good care of mom. The company was not easy to deal with. They would not work with me in upgrading mom to a better living situation. Due to her physical condition improving she did not belong in memory care They did not respond. They will not contact me to let me know if I am due back any money. She only stayed there 1 month. It was not a good fit. It was dementia care and she did not have dementia so she couldn't talk to anyone because they were all out of it. The workers were all Filipino and she is hard of hearing and couldn't understand them. She had a very bad experience from one worker who she only saw once but said that she "pulled her out of bed by her legs and threw her in the wheelchair". She has very sensitive/painful legs. My significant other is very happy here and appears to be well taken care of. He never complains of anything, and I have heard of no issues from the staff. Our loved one had a shorter experience then what was expected we were really looking forward to our loved one being there for awhile. However even with it being a short stay the staff members were really good people, they were very diligent with their work and were very caring.
