PositiveMy wife and I just dropped in unannounced to see how things appeared to us. We met a number of staff who were all thoughtful and friendly as we toured the complex. Overall, I was favorabluy impressed with the staff - teh Executive Director has been at The Atria for a number of years, as had the chef and a couple of others. The atmosphere, appearance, and ambiance were all very favorable. I find this location very attractive and will continue to consider a a top potential for us.

PositiveStaff is having a lot of turnover. Dining and activities is good. Also very clean. Maintenance is very responsive. We don't like the carpet color or wall color in the apartment.

PositiveCaregivers are great, food is ok, room is a wonderful size and floor plan. Lots of turnover in the onsite management positions. They are also understaffed with caregivers and food servers. Lack of competitive pay for those positions could be the cause. Overall good experience because residents are nice.

To be honest, I do not think you should be recommending Atria to anyone. period. Very nice facility with many nice employees…
