I have been a resident at Atria Collwood for approximately two years, I am in independent living which means I don’t require any care. I recently had a fall and because of that I was charged [amount removed] extra last month. I didn’t get any care and when I questioned my bill I was told that I needed to take care of the details of getting the care myself. I spoke with the nurse and got the same answer. I am suppose to know what to do. I am not paying the additional [Amount Removed] next month and I am expecting to…
