I would give a 5 on all of the categories! We toured 7 assisted living facilities in Tyler before coming back to Atria Copeland. We are so pleased with them! I guess my answer about them is this: "They have never made me mad. Not one employee. " If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I think they would get this statement. It says a lot! What was important to us was being one floor, lots of light (windows) and beautiful grounds. We toured 7 facilities in Tyler. Atria on Copeland was our first and we kept going back to it. The others were beautiful but there's only 1 other of the 7 that was 1 floor. Some others were newer and looked like 5 star hotels but it fit what we wanted for my mother perfectly.
