PositiveA Safe Place For Mom
Memory Care: The hands on staff have all been attentive and caring, excellent. Current activity staff are very engaging. Definitely try to get every resident to attend the activities, go to their rooms to encourage participation. Food Dinner food is brought to the units' heated prep stations from the main kitchen 1 1/2 to 2 hours before dinner is actually served to the residents.

The facility is very nice and very well kept. The staff is lovely. They friendly, caring and responsive. The activities are varied and my mom enjoys them very much. There is usually some sort of exercise in the morning and then some kind of game, craft, etc. In the afternoon. My mom enjoys the food for the most part and there is always good variety offered. They do have some truly dedicated staff, but the age of the facility is really showing in terms of things breaking like the heaters air conditioners and water heaters. The nursing staff also is limited to strictly servicing those folks that need the meds administered to them. There is no true assistance like diabetes monitoring, Band-Aids and the sort, or other assistance type needs

Staff has been very cooperative and easy to get a hold of at the "management level. The floor staff has been very good to my mom also. As for activities, there is always something going on, my mom does not participate in those activities. The food quality and selection of daily meals is outstanding, my has never said anything bad about the meals.
