Atria Evergreen Valley

[name removed] was very friendly, she introduced staff as we were walking in hallways , on tour of the facility. I liked that there were units that had kitchens, just disappointed that none were in the building. Loved that there were a lot of exercise classes and Brain Fitness classes twice a week and many brain stimulating games as well with cards and dominos.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Well organized. Plenty of activities for residents and a good value.

Overall, each Evergreen is very nice, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. My mother-in-law will be moving in here. I give it a four as it would be really nice if the showers did not have a step over to enter, but rather flat.

Safety and Medical Issues

4 stars if you have the right fit. If Safety or Medical are your top priorities then a 2. They won't get either here. I was there almost every day to help my mom. I was exhausted. I really recommend ANX for medical services including hospice. It took me a few months of being there to realize that my mother was not a good fit for Atria. Atria Evergreen Review

My experience with Atria Evergreen Valley is very positive. They worked with me to make my mother's transitional move smooth. They contacted me, and gave me a date for her to move in that was convenient. They made sure that all of her needs were met by both me and my mother's satisfaction. They have continued to make her new home comfortable and enjoyable.

Atria Evergreen Valley exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The grounds and building inside and out were well taken care of. I appreciated the time taken to give me a tour and to get to know what I am looking for for my parents.
