The facility is great. My sister was not allowed to move in until she provided a form from a doctor saying she could live independently in the Assisted Living section. A doctor did sign it, my sister's primary, and she moved in. I wish the Director/Sales Person would have encouraged the MCU from the beginning. After 3 weeks she was taken by ambulance to ER for severe dehydration. Fortunately I was with her when it happened. [Names Removed] was in the hospital for 7 days getting re-hydrated. My mom has lived at Atria Hacienda for 4 years and loves it! She didnt want to move out of her home but once she did she loved it. She's made so many friends and is thriving again. I wish we would have made the move sooner. Thank you to the staff for making this a great place to live.
