My mother was a resident at Autumn Wind Assisted Living for almost a year. My mother and our family were happy with the care she was receiving. On [date removed], my mother went on hospice. At that time, the community was, and had been under quarantine. I was; however, assured that when she reached end of life, our family would be able to be with her. Her attending hospice nurse was denied access into the building (unless there was a change in condition). On [date removed] the facility contacted the on-call hospice…

We are happy with the great care that is being received her from the excellent staff. We like the layout of the community and the wide hallways for her to get around. The menu is good and she likes the variety. They offer a lot of good activities for the residents. The community is highly recommended to other families who are looking for a good value with great care.

The employees routinely harass residents. Even though there are cameras, the management won't do anything about it. Our family was told that they couldn't replace the employee if they fired them, so they "couldn't take action." The food is terrible. The [Removed] from the residents, too.
