We provide professional and sensitive care for the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual needs of your loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. At Avalon, we focus on the safety and well-being of our residents, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. As a stand-alone memory care solution, Avalon Memory Care focuses on overall quality of life for our residents with an individualized, flexible and compassionate care system. Our goal in caring for your loved one suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s or other cognitive impairments is to maintain and support self-esteem, dignity and the resumption of many daily personal tasks while providing daily joys and happiness.

The care my wife received at Avalon Memory Care in Louisville Texas was outstanding. I visited the facility all most daily and never once did I have any reason to question the care Donna was receiving. I observed how the staff handled various situations in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for care of a loved one.

PositiveMy mother loved Avalon
My mother was very happy there. She commented how much she enjoyed the food and how friendly everyone was. Moving in (and out after her passing) was easy and everyone was caring and supportive. I was impressed with the low client to caregiver ratio both during the day and at night, as well as the consistent interaction to keep my mother active and engaged. The facility is beautiful and very clean. A physician and PAs are available to care for clients making it easy for all to manage.

Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of our Mom. We went from being unsure if memory care was needed to realizing it was not just necessary but was the best we could hope for.
