Our experience with Avamere at Moses Lake has been simply outstanding! Despite living out of state, we have been able to coordinate everything over the phone. The staff has gone above and beyond to personally ensure a smooth transition for our parents into their new home. Our parents feel like they have new best friends with the staff at Avamere, and so do we!

The housekeeping could be better throughout the whole community and my loved ones room. Everything else is great the staff are very attentive with my loved ones care needs. I feel that this place is safe and it gives the family a peace of mind. I would recommend the Brookdale Moses Lake to friends and family. Their meals are wonderful they have great taste to them and a wide selection.

There are a few things that need to be done that haven't yet, little maintenance type things. They seem to be on top of things. We liked the independent living, it's very cozy, and I like the location.
