★★★★★
PositivePeople there are very nice and are so caring for all the people. They actually love them and it shows. It's been a great place. Glad I made the choice. The caregivers are all very nice and show how much they care for the people here.

Our choice was due to their lenient policy of allowing her to eat in her room with her food delivered as well as encouraging her to press her call button as often as she likes without feeling badly. PositiveThe price and location were 2 big factors. The facility has a vibe that doesn't say hospital or nursing home. It has a home-like feeling that we felt would make the FIL more comfortable. They take care of my father in law and he seems happy. I wish communication was a bit more complete.
★★★★★
PositiveYou were always greeted warmly, and the facility was very welcoming and homey. The staff was friendly. In the memory care unit, the caregivers were truly caring and took the time to get to know our mother. They would tell us stories that she shared with them.
★★★★★
