Positive5's across the board! When you walk in the door it is beautiful and open area. Very welcoming and feels like you are at someone's home or hotel lobby all rolled up in one. All of the common areas are inviting. Plenty of areas inside and out to relax and visit. It is so clean and the staff are all friendly and professional.
★★★★★

Positive5 for all categories. What we like the most about Azalea Trails is the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the community. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, without, question!
★★★★★
CriticalThe transition to memory care had some high and low points. Staff were friendly and listened to our concerns but staff did not appear to have additional training or information from administration about my mom’s specific needs. My mom has many challenges and staff are learning how to help her the best they can. Clothing and items have been misplaced therefore we have learned not to provide things that are costly. The nurse communicates frequently with family making us aware of challenges and mishaps.
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at Azalea Trails Assisted Living and Memory Care and the overall experience was great. They cared and addressed any problems that we had professionally and quickly. I would recommend Azalea Trails to others.
