The staff is cheerful and helpful. Advisacare nurses and aids are caring and very competent. My mother liked the food and service. She likes her apartment and it is so nice to have a weekly cleaning service.

Overall, things seem good. While home is still preferred, the added safety and security of knowing help is just a button away has been reassuring. The interaction with others has also been positive. Mom likes the people there, especially the cleaning crew, and appreciates that she is still able to come and go.

My mother in law is adjusting nicely to her apartment at Baldwin House. It is quite spacious and we were able to move much of her furniture with her...thus making it feel like 'home' almost instantly. She really appreciates the meals, activities and amenities ( such as the salon, grocery deliveries and house keeping ) which make everyday living more interesting and pleasant. It was the right move and we are grateful for her care at BH.

We toured this facility looking for a place for my brother who currently lives in Florida to move back to Michigan to be closer to family. We found it very welcoming. The residents were friendly and seemed quite happy with everything there. They took time to talk with us and tell us about the activities available and how much they enjoyed being there. Our experience

What we like the most about the community is the Friendliness, descent sized and nice rooms. Quick process to get moved in. To change, menu, more choices, more elevators, stationary call buttons. Electronic room locks.

I would recommend. Just that it is very convenient to have a grocery store well within walking distance. The staff is very attentive to mom. She enjoys the meals and activities.
