My loved one has not lived there since the end of November. They did not have the capability to care for him, so they asked him to leave. He moved to [facility name removed] which is a much better fit for him- better caregiver/resident ratios.

The staff is super friendly but getting things done is next to impossible. They have even come into my loved ones apartment multiple times at 6am to give meds (it was the wrong apartment apparently). They were charging $[removed]/month EACH for medication assistance that we never signed up for. The food is awful (inedible according to both of them) and we just found out that my dad has lost a significant amount of weight. When it comes to the meals, our loved ones mom doesn't love the food and her only complaint so far. Dinner is least fave....breakfast is best. For the value for cost, it is still early days but so far so good. We would recommend this community to other families especially if they want activities!
