★★★★★
PositiveAll are 5 my brother would of still been there if he behaved. The place is beautiful and the staff are friendly and caring. Yes, we would recommend Barrington Terrace at Boynton Beach
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose it because we thought it would be 5 stars. The staff have been great especially[Name removed]and [Name removed] in nursing. They have very good activities even though Mom hasn't participated in most of them due to her physical limitations but she likes Happy Hour. The facility & Mom's room is kept very clean. The dining room & dining room staff is great as is the food which I have tried numerous times. Mom shares a room but it is a nice size and has a wall and door between the other room so it is private. …

PositiveI have a really hard time getting anyone to call me back or return a message. Usually, I have to leave a message at the front desk because whoever I'm trying to call has a voicemail box that is full or not accepting messages. Communication about services offered isn't great, either. My mother is in the facility, and she is not a reliable source of information so I reach out to staff to see what's going on. Or try to. It's very hard to get information and honestly quite frustrating.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff tries to help as soon as they can with the number of people that they have in this particular area and the number of staff sometimes it's a little delay, but they're really right on top of trying to get everything to work out smoothly and I think that really helps and is the biggest successful compliment
★★★★★
PositiveQuality of care is excellent which is the most important to us. Dad's health has improved since moving in. Activities are ok. They keep him stimulated, but wish there were more people with similar interests. No card players. Dad says the food is horrible, but he's eating and finding options. Likes the weekly outings to dine. Facility is kept very clean. Apartment is a very nice size, he not there other than to sleep. He stays out most of the day.
★★★★★
PositiveSo far the entire staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful. Consistently they acknowledge with a greeting, no matter the location or the employee.
