PositiveWonderful facility
They were very helpful with paperwork and the transition of getting my mother into the memory care unit. She was a little scared to move out of her house and move into a new place but they were very welcoming. Caregivers and staff are very kind, they have a lot of activities and fun things for everyone to do and my mom loves to be involved and has made a lot of new friends. The facility is very clean and very well taken care of, a very homey feeling.

PositiveOverall, I'm very pleased with SpringBrook. It is a very nice facility.
We struggled getting information to complete taxes. My sister is the primary person who clips mom’s finger and toenails. They may here and there. Basic hygiene is not addressed: shower, brush teeth, different clothes. I haven’t brought it up so not sure if that’s fair.

The staff was very helpful and really cared about the residents. One item they could work on is room odors. My step father has incontinence issues and his room smelled of urine quite often. Granted some of this is health related but it was an ongoing concern.

2 1/2 years ago we were so happy to have a family member there. It was a 5 star facility. Now 2 star facility. Currently looking for a new place.. Administration is never around. Short staffed majority of the time. There are care staff that go above and beyond. But they can only do so much. In the last year kitchen food and services has been terrible. Don’t know what happened. Used to be very good. Families have been very upset. Not getting services that they have paid for. Residents wait to long for call li…
