Bay Harbor Senior Living Facility Review While this facility has many kind and dedicated individuals on staff, there are notable concerns that impacted our experience. Some hourly staff members lack sufficient training and expertise, which raises concerns about the quality and consistency of care. The fees are extraordinarily high considering the limited support provided under the label of "assisted living”. Our experience didn’t even include regular nursing assessments or supervision. There is the normal turnover of staff but the new staff appear to do okay. New management may change staff in the future. Food is at the mercy of the tastes of the beholder. Some meals just don't fit the taste of some. There is always the option of using local grocery store delivery to make your own these cases. Activities are also for those who choose them. The activities are fine but some just choose not to participate in all activities.

The staff were wonderful and caring. Mom ended up on hospice and passed [date removed] and even in the end they had a beautiful way for her to be taken out of their facility by the funeral director. They worked fabulously with the hospice staff also. I couldn't be more pleased with Bay Harbor of River Falls.
