The people are very kind to my mother and myself which I very much appreciate. They are accommodating. There was a bit of a hitch with sending my paperwork to the insurance company because it said respite care and not adult care and when there was a change in staffing because the business person left I had to make a few extra calls but that doesn't seem to be the normal day today happenings. Even though I still am in the process of fixing this problem.

Every staff member at Bay Square is fully engaged and always willing to lend a hand in any situation. They are kind, thoughtful, and patient at all times. Most importantly, from the leadership staff to the CNAs, they seem to be able to deliver care in a way that is positive and effective without being intrusive.
