Bayshire Rancho Mirage review

I've noticed that my mom's bathroom isn't as clean as I would like. My mom's clothes are always dirty and yes it's Assisted Living, but my mom has dementia and doesn't remember to wash her clothes. So her clothes never get washed. I've mentioned it to them before and asked that someone keep an eye on her and make sure that some of her clothes get washed. I pick her up for doctor appointments and her clothes are still dirty. The staff is friendly, they provide nice meals, there's always some organized event going …

My mom's care facility

The facility is run pretty well. The staff are friendly. Lots of activities.

Poor care

Sadly, I found the care here poor. no one would answer the phone at any of the departments when I called. Left frequent emails with no response. When we decided to move my mother to another facility, the Director of long-term care phoned me quite upset and mad. I would not recommend letting any of your loved ones stay here, short term or long.

Everyone is wonderful here

I have been here for four weeks and I have never met people that were so warm and caring in an aftercare facility. from the people that have Alzheimer's to the people with replacement parts .The Physical Therapy is also great everyone is so carrying and knowledgeable about your problem ,I give this place 10 stars . I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs after care .The food is also excellent I have not had a bad meal .Thank You James T

The people were incredibly friendly. My loved one had a negative experience with the rehab facility connected, so it was just not going to be the right fit. The location of the facility is lovely but the room sizes are on the smaller side.

Not the right fit

If I had a little bit more money I think I would move my loved one out. They are extremely understaffed. The administrative staff are very difficult to get a hold of, if they do get back to us the promises that are made are not withheld. I think that if your loved one is more mobile, it may be a better facility for them.
