PositiveAlthough my Dad was only there for 5 short days before he passed, overall His care from the staff in addition to Hospice was Wonderful. One definite disappointment was that the staff that helped to get him moved in so quickly due to his rapid decline, NEVER reached out to my Mom or Our family to offer condolences for his loss- NO phone call or sympathy card, NOTHING. Whether my Dad was there for 5 days or 5 years, a loss is a loss. For this reason, although most of this experience was great in sooo many ways, we ma…

CriticalAbsolutely terrible experience. Do NOT bring your loved ones here. The environment is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Staff members are consistently rude and disrespectful, and there is clear favoritism among employees. Several interactions felt judgmental and discriminatory. HR ([name removed]) was especially unprofessional and dismissive. Concerns were not handled properly, and there was no accountability or effort to resolve issues. This place needs serious changes, including replacing staff with individuals who…

PositiveThe Caregivers are really genuine in their affection for my mother. The head nurse is very responsive to us anytime we need to discuss issues with her. Activities are frequent and appropriate for the residents needs. Community feels safe and clean.

CriticalFor the first few months communication was bad with the different department administrators. Lots of balls dropped or passing the buck between departments. The main person in charge of the care staff was particularly difficult to communicate with and we had many problems with her. We always had to follow up over and over to try to get answers and or things resolved. Things have improved, I’m not sure if it’s because we’ve settled in and sorted everything out or because they have improved in organization.
